If you have a question about one of our courses you’ll find answers to all of the most frequently asked questions in our help desk.

If your question isn’t answered in our help desk or you wish to discuss another matter you can contact us by email, live chat or Facebook messenger.

To contact us by email please write to us at hello@schoolofnaturalskincare.com. We aim to reply within two business days.

Please state clearly which course you are enquiring about and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Please note our business days are Monday – Friday (except US and UK public holidays).

Alternatively, when a customer service agent is available, you can use our live chat.

Please note: we are unable to give individual advice on recipes, formulations, ingredients, etc to non-students. For lots of free info and advice check out our blog here.

Changes to tutor support and customer service over our Spring break:

Please read the following carefully as it details what this means for accessing support during this time.

A note for students: Our online classroom is accessible to you 24/7 including over the holidays. If you intend to study over the holidays we recommend that you check you have your login details as our team won’t be available to assist with this while on holiday.

Customer service

There will be a delay in answering your enquiries between Thursday, 28th March, and Monday 1st April. This includes emails, Facebook and Instagram messages. Our online chat will not be available during this time.

Tutor support

There is no change to the Tutor Q&A.

Student and graduate community Facebook group

Our student and graduate community Facebook group will remain open during the holidays. Our community coordinator is taking some time off which means there will be a delay in your posts being approved so please be patient. As always we ask that everyone use these groups in line with our support guidelines which is especially important during the holidays when our team is not as active in the groups as usual.
